"Oguz-Gabala-Bakı" water pipeline project

After the completion of work by German specialists in initial projection and preparation of technical-economical basis of Oguz-Gabala-Baku water pipeline project considered for potable water supply for inhabitants of the capital, the contract has been signed with "Azkompozit" company for purchase of poliyester pipes used during the project work and another contract has been signed with German company "CES Engineers Consulting Salzgitter GmbH ". This company develops a technical and economy substantiation, a choice of a route of a water pipe, primary documentation and preparation of the tender. Accounting services under the given project have been entrusted to company "TID Consulting". Demonstrating precise book-keeping services in current activity period, the company employees have once again proved the truthfulness of the rendered services. The project is carried out by "Turan Hazinedaroglu Inshaat Ticaret A.Sh, Tekser Inshaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Sh and Ganja Korpu Tikinti-2 OJSC association" according to the agreement signed with "Azersu" JSC in 2006. The works on project supported by International financial organizations and directed towards the improvement of water supply of region are continued. As to "Azersu" JSC, the total cost of the civil-engineering design of a Oguz-Gabala-Baku waterpipe is estimated in 480 million manats. The new pipeline will deliver in Baku water in volume of 5 cubic metre in a second.

Signing the contract with SC PETROMSERVICE SA

In March, 2006 TID Consulting signed the contract with the Romanian company SC PETROMSERVICE SA on providing of consulting and accounting services.
We shall note that SC PETROMSERVICE SA provides a wide range of works and of services in the field of oil and gas, from complex construction - electron works, drilling and workover, transport, maintenance, production of container modules, to sales of materials, spare parts of machinery, etc.

Signing the contract with TODINI Construzioni Generali

On 20th of September 2005 was signed the contract between TID Consulting and representation of TODINI Construzioni Generali in Azerbaijan. By the contract TID Consulting undertakes to provide consulting services in sphere of accounting and financial economic activities. TODINI Construzioni Generali is the Italian building company which has the representations in many countries around the world. Company has been operating in Azerbaijan since June, 2005 and is engaged in building of road between Kurdamir - Gajigabul.

3rd Azerbaijan Micro-finance Conference

TID Consulting Company will take part in the 3rd Azerbaijan Micro-finance Conference on “Building an Inclusive Financial Sector in Azerbaijan”, which will be held by the Azerbaijan Micro-finance Association on May, 26 – 27, 2006. The Implementing Partner is ACDI-VOCA and the primary Sponsor of the Conference is USAID.
